Fiducoldex (State Trustee) will sign Resource Trust Contracts (Patrimonio Autónomo) with Intermincol for the local money management supplied by coal export customers.
The PA (Patrimonio Autonomo) will be responsible for paying miners, transporters, ports, services, etc., that participate in the Coal Supply Chain.

Sociedad Portuaria is the concessionaire of the docks and collection yards in Buenaventura.
River Port is the concessionaire of the docks and collection yards on the Magdalena river in Barranquilla.
These two port companies are strategic allies of Intermincol’s Supply Chain to load ships from 25,000 to 45,000 tons.
